End User License Agreement (EULA)

1. Acceptance of the Agreement

By accessing or using the Software, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement. If you do not agree to the terms of this Agreement, you may not access or use the Software.

2. License Grant

Subject to the terms of this Agreement, Illumify grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Software solely for your internal business purposes.

You may not:

This Agreement is effective until terminated. Illumify may terminate this Agreement immediately if you violate any of its terms. Upon termination:

You must immediately stop using the Software and delete all copies of the Software in your possession.
Any provisions of this Agreement that by their nature should survive termination will remain in effect.

11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
